Fun Facts about ROKD

ROKD began in December 2010 in Seoul, South Korea at an Aid's benefit concert. The four founding members are Goldie Shocks, Crash Baby, Fleur Rocious, and Miss Sinnocent. ROKD currently has over 40 members and they are always accepting new ones! The members of ROKD travel throughout Korea taking each city by storm. Roller Derby is not just an exciting spectacle to watch it is also a thrilling sport to be apart of. So in the words of 

Whip It

 "Put some skates on and be your own hero."

ROKD Spotlight- Goldie Shocks!

Meet the enchanting roller who is one of the original founders of ROKD. Goldie, as she is affectionately called, is as sweet as they come but once she straps on her skates get ready for some instant SHOCK treatment. Don't let the sweet smile fool you... Miss Goldie Shocks! has been ejected from multiple derby bouts due to her shockingly aggressive alter ego! This experienced veteran is surely going to excite even the toughest of crowds... the only question is... can you handle Goldie Shocks!?
